We vinify our wines with extreme care and allow them to age for a long time in small oak barrels. The effort is worth it: wines as golden as autumn and with overwhelming opulence of flavor. In a word – a great wine you'll never forget. Wines from Grand Cru vineyards are vinified dry or, if they retain residual sweetness, are labeled SPÄTLESE or AUSLESE.
